Investor Eligibility
Our investment opportunities are available exclusively to wholesale investors. Prior to participation, eligibility criteria are confirmed to ensure compliance.
A wholesale investor, as defined under the Corporations Act, is a person/entity who meets one of the following three criteria:
1. $500,000 investment into a single fund; or
2. aggregate gross income for each of the last two financial years of at least A$250,000 a year (signed off by a qualified accountant); or;
3. aggregate net assets of at least A$2.5 million (signed off by a qualified accountant).
